I wasn't disappointed when I tried it out
I wasn't disappointed when I tried it out
The food was outstanding I had steak and fries, the only thing I would suggest just have baked potato and garden salad, everyone doesn’t eat romaine lettuce. Do you have a very nice place? You should be proud of it. I’ll be back soon I’m a local here in Auburn.

Amsterdam Cafe offers delicious food at affordable prices. The menu includes original items like steak, sandwiches, and alfredo, which are praised for their excellent taste. Recently, the restaurant received praise for the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff, especially a team member named Josh who made the experience memorable with his positive attitude and genuine care. The staff, consisting of only two women working the restaurant, bused tables, took orders, and delivered food efficiently, doing a stellar job keeping everything running smoothly. Service was consistently good, and the food received high marks, with dishes like steak with garlic-flavored chimichurri, shrimp pasta, and a Cuban sandwich being enjoyed by many. Some areas, such as floors and tables, could have used a sweep and wipe down, but the overall experience remains positive. The cafe has a kid-friendly atmosphere, with a children's menu, and guests appreciate the lively, welcoming vibe. Despite some staffing challenges causing minor service issues like dirty tables and lack of ice, the restaurant continues to impress with its delicious food and friendly service. Visitors also note that the sweet tea could use more sugar to match nearby cafes.
