Waited in drive thru for 15 plus minutes for a roast beef sandwich and fries, sandwich and Fries were cold, come on people, you had one customer at the time, why send out sucky cold food, needless to say ill have to be on verge of starvation before I waste any more money there.

The food itself TASTED good and was hot. The service.... less than satisfactory. The man at the window was mumbling and speaking so quietly the entire time we couldn't hear anything. We had a pretty big wait (for fast-food) Before getting our meals, as we watched everyone move as slow as they possibly could. Everybody looked absolutely miserable. At some point I asked (quite loudly) for 2 Buffalo sliders, 1 jalapeño, and one of another type. Twice I was asked "so four mozzarella sticks?" Ahh... no. Once we received our food we got home and realized that one of the meals was entirely wrong, and was something more expensive. I should've checked the receipt, but didn't. Overall not remotely a bad expierence, just not a good one either. The other Arby's in the area is loads better for sure.

We tried the new big cheesy bacon burger and it was great. Also had the gyro and Rueben. I love their homemade sandwiches, they are fantastic.

Yesterday I ordered one of the Wagyu deluxe burger combos and I was so disappointed. The fries were cold and the hamburger was microwaved with the lettuce, tomato everything on it, when I asked for replacement food because the fries were cold and the hamburger being in the microwave the employee said that’s how they cook their hamburgers, in the microwave! That’s terrible if true. Have you ever tried to eat a tomato or lettuce after it’s been microwaved? It turns it to mush. I say the burgers are a good idea but please take the microwave out of the kitchen or train the employees not to cook the hamburger’s with the microwave.

Even though it took a couple minutes to get the food, I understand the reason why. I work in fast food as well so, I understand sometimes it takes a minute to make a lot of drinks. Sometimes the food has to cook as well. I think the cashier did a great job! She was very kind. The food was fresh and hot when we received it. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again! I highly recommend the strawberry lemonade ( a little on the sweet side so, avoid if you don’t like a lot of sugar) it was delicious!

The food was cold. Was as if the fries and the roast beef had been sitting under the heat light for quite some time. The poppers the same way. It's very disappointing, especially for the cost.

I pulled up in the drive thru and one of the employees said something about waiting a second and I guess he forgot to turn off his mic because he then said “Oh my god” then turned off his microphone and left me sitting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes. I eventually drove off, and took my business elsewhere. When I drove around the building, I saw there was no one in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru but me, it wasn’t like they were busy, and the guy who answered the drive through was looking at me through the window. This guy just had a bad attitude and decided that he did not want to take my order.Very unprofessional. I likely won’t be going back to this place.
