The food itself TASTED good and was hot. The service.... less than satisfactory. The man at the window was mumbling and speaking so quietly the entire time we couldn't hear anything. We had a pretty big wait (for fast-food) Before getting our meals, as we watched everyone move as slow as they possibly could. Everybody looked absolutely miserable. Even though it took a couple minutes to get the food, I understand the reason why. I work in fast food as well so, I understand sometimes it takes a minute to make a lot of drinks. Sometimes the food has to cook as well. I think the cashier did a great job! She was very kind. The food was fresh and hot when we received it. Waited in drive thru for 15 plus minutes for a roast beef sandwich and fries, sandwich and Fries were cold, come on people, you had one customer at the time, why send out sucky cold food, needless to say ill have to be on verge of starvation before I waste any more money there.
