It's fast food
We placed 8 different orders on line. Pickup time was scheduled b/t 12:30 to 12:35. I wasn't able to get my order at the stall or right outside the door. I had to go through the drive through line, which was wrapped around the building. I didn't get the orders until 1:06. This is not a dig on the emplooes. They were great. Sonic needs to hire more people. The few employees I saw were running around as fast as they could.
This location has been consistently getting worse. Today (6/29/2026), I ordered an All-American Hotdog combo thru Door Dash. My dasher called me and said they didn't have sweet tea which is weird so I changed to a coke. They also forgot the relish on the hotdog. This isn't the quality that I normally get from Sonic. Sounds like a look at the management is needed.

Sonic Drive-In offers fresh, hot food with excellent customer service. The restaurant is clean, and the service is fast. Customers recommend this location for its great service and delicious hot food. The Oreo Cheesecake milkshake is particularly praised, although the tater tots were considered average. Overall, Sonic Drive-In provides a reliable dining experience.
