What a great first impression.... all of this, and then I stood at the counter for 10 mins with 0 employees present, and no bell or anything to call them over..
Today is Wednesday 18th of Dec, time right now is 11:51 am. The restaurant is closed when I arrived to pick up my online order. I ordered at 11:25 am and arrived at 11:40 am and it is closed. This is out of the ordinary for this restaurant. No signs or Google Maps open hours update too
BurgerFi was amazing. Their customer service was top notch. They went above and beyond. Their system was down and couldn't take orders inside but they helped me place an order online but also wrote it down and started making it before it came through their system so I didn't have to wait too long.
Everything tasted amazing!!! Very happy!
