For the past 4 months whenever you place an order through the app or DoorDash it takes over an hour for them to make your food. I keep hoping something changes and they figure this out. But each time we aare left waiting FOREVER and hungry. This will be the last time we order again from this Chipotle. I wish I could choose a different through DoorDahs but it won’t let me. Placed an order through the app this evening. When I went in to grab my order, noticed that I was missing three bags of chips. I mentioned it to the girl at the Register who rolled her eyes and said they were out of chips. I then asked if I could be credited since I had paid for them and she shook her head no and rolled her eyes while calling over someone I assume was the manager.
