The food is tasty, healthy, and reasonably priced. You can’t beat that! I got the chicken turkey bacon ranch flatbread. It was more than for filling. I’m eating in a calorie deficit and I was full from half of the flatbread. They also have meal preps that you can purchase individually or weekly plans. My personal favorite thing is the low calorie sweet treats that are available. Smores and the chocolate chip cookie dough are my current go to. Give it a try it’s flavorful...
I tried the meal prep and the cafe and enjoyed both. The meal prep meals were packaged neatly and look very fresh. The cafe turkey burger was delicious. The staff was great. I'm happy I tried it.
