Bow & Arrow Restaurant in Auburn, AL is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I have always had a delightful experience and the food is abolutely delicious. Bow & Arrow serves up an assortment of smoked meats that can be enjoyed on their own with an array of traditional southern and tex mex sides like mashed potatoes and gravy, collard greens, borracho beans, and sweet corn rice. Bow and Arrow has the best brisket around. Always moist and juicy. It falls apart. Something has changed. Yesterday I picked up a to go order, and it was very dry and most of it was tough and unable to even chew. Hope it was just a fluke. We had to throw most of it away.

I was incredibly impressed with the Bow and Arrow. The food was fantastic (truly!) and was a clever mix of Texas BBQ and Texas-Mex with southern influences.Definitely worth multiple visits!
