Hamilton's On Ogletree is a contemporary American restaurant that features a diverse menu of high-quality beef, pork, fish, and chicken dishes. The restaurant offers appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and a cozy atmosphere with both inside and enclosed patio seating, making it a nice neighborhood spot. Customers have praised the delicious food and consistent service. Highlights include the Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Halibut with Crab Meat, and Chocolate Bread Pudding. Recent visits showcased dishes such as steak and cheese sandwiches with the best sweet potato fries, along with shrimp and grits, both of which received high praise for their flavor and freshness. The steak was described as juicy and tender, while the crab cakes were filled with fresh lump crab meat and paired well with sauce. The staff, particularly a waiter named Sam Renfroe, has been recognized for being friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. While some dishes may be priced higher, the portions are generous and the quality remains excellent, making it a great spot for a quality meal in Auburn. The ambiance is upscale business casual, with nice low lighting and just the right atmosphere for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is also considering a menu revamp to keep things fresh and exciting.
