I went to KFC for a 12 PC mixed. I was told that they didn't have any dark meat. They had white meat only. Then the chicken was cold and old. Absolutely disgusting. I was given 6 breast and 6 wings. I was totally disappointed

Sat in the parking spot after being told to be pulled up for half an hour and when I went in to find out what was taking so long my food was in bags just sitting on the counter without anyone near it. I had to stand inside for an additional 10 mins waiting on someone to talk to.

Service really sucks waited in line for 20 min with only 1 vehicle in front of me then was asked to pull to a spot while 9 cars came inside and got their food and left and still waiting on food very nasty inside while employees talk on the phone and ignore customers never will be

If the app says your order will be ready at 6:05, they meant 7:05. It's wild that there can be nobody here for thirty minutes and the moment someone else walks in they will say they're busy right now and your food will be a minute. Heard an employee say word-for-word "I'm trying to make them leave so I can go home". This was all over a single order for a single person. They didn't even start making it until the 40 minute mark. You get better service from lunchroom ladies. Dead lunchroom ladies. That went to hell.

Don't go to the one on Pepperell across from Auburn Mall. Bad service, bad attitudes and never have livers on Wednesday when promised! Four time I have gone on Wednesdays and they always say, "We outa Livers!" Obviously my "liver business" doesn't matter to the staff or owners. I'll find somewhere else to go in the future.
Terrible! Had to wait 35 more minutes after my online order was marked ready. Every single employee working there is incompetent. Order was wrong… Shame on me for not catching it. One employee was walking around talking on her phone rather then wait on customers.

It is the worst KFC I have ever been to, don't EVER go here, the service is terrible, they treat you badly, they yell at you and give you things reluctantly. It hasn't happened to me just once but 3 times now, it's the worst place I've ever been to. Don't ever think about going there. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
