10/10 ! The employees were so sweet assisting us with our drive thru order and my daughter is now obsessed with the new donut chicken sandwich. Thank you KFC of Auburn . We will be back .
The service was exceptional but the food not so great.Very greasey more than usual. Some items were also undercooked. This is not a KFC I recommend just because the food is not up to standards.
We ordered the wrong thing and they drive thru cashier let us know the wings we ordered were really spicy. I was grateful for that, because I can’t eat spicy food at all.

Although there is limited parking, the restaurant is worth visiting for its tasty meals and considerate service. Shirley, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and genuinely happy to have customers there. Some found the wait time for food to be painfully slow, especially late at night, and the food was warm, but not freshly hot. Other customers reported issues with food preparation and hygiene.
