When I arrived at the store the door was locked. No one was in the drive thru or inside, so I placed an online order for my son. The order time was 9:08pm. The order was estimated to be ready at 9:15pm. I pulled up at the window and the young lady asked that I pull up and she will bring the order out. I had the best experience at this KFC today, February 15th! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with huge smiles and a warm welcome. Shirley, the cashier, was incredibly friendly and genuinely happy to have us there. She was super patient while we decided what to order and even happily swapped menu items when we asked. Since C-19 I've been to several fast food chains and I'm over getting my money that I work hard for and don't get what I pay for. If you're dealing with food in fast food everyone should be masked. Talking and breathing, spitting over people's food is unexceptable. The food you're serving should shut the stores down. Half cooked chicken trickle all kinds of health issues.
