Food was good, not bragging good, but decent food at a decent price. I got grilled chicken. It was tender. Fries were crispy. Hubs got burger. He didn't like having to apply his own mayo, mustard, ketchup. It's not as good of applied after the burger is prepared and served and not as hot. This place is clean.Don't let the name Louie's Catfish and Wings fool you. It's not that kind of place. It's more like a Zaxby's meets Americana Cafe. They should rename it to get more business. Hamilton Corners Cafe or something.
My experience was ok. The food was tasteful, but my order was wrong. I had the grilled chicken tenders with Carolina Sauce. Employees are ok but not friendly. She got my order wrong, and it was too late. Until I got home, that's when I checked my food.Improvements: Food Quality, Food Freshness, Customer Service, Employee Friendliness, Restaurant Ambience
Louis used to be my absolute FAVORITE chicken place to go to in Opelika, but after my experience today, I’ll NEVER go back! What happened to all the friendly and bubbly employees? Bc the ones there today were RUDE! That lady looked me DEAD IN MY FACE and said “your sauce is in the bag” and when I went to eat my food, there was NO SAUCE. Just some dry chicken fingers and some burnt, yet soggy fries. How y’all’s fries gonna be burnt AND soggy??? AND how you gonna get rid of the cheese sticks? Idk what y’all got going on but I won’t be back. Waste of money… that food went straight in the trash.EDIT: this review was meant for the OPELIKA location, not this one.
Nice chicken salad. Quick drive through, easy access in and out. Friendly staff.
Customer Service is a 5 lady at front counter is so friendly I got a spicy chicken salad and it wasn’t good at all but the service was a 5
Okay so I've never eaten here before today, I've eaten at just about every other chicken finger place in auburn, however, let's start with the price, I felt it was a little high but I waited to see what the quality was. The bread was good I loved the fact it didn't hurt the roof of my mouth ?, the fries, although they seem unseasoned they weren't bad, the sauce is like any other but the chicken! The chicken you could tell was made with love, it's like a potluck chicken, like someones great aunt estelle made it. It's also the only chicken place that the drink comes with the combo....will I eat here again ??♀️ meh.
I took my son here for lunch and ordered the fried strip salad. A lunch combo is $9. I paid for a HUGE bowl of iceberg lettuce with a sprinkle of cheese, a few cubed tomatoes, my probably 2 strips of chicken and one dressing. The top was delicious but the other 75% was nothing but dry lettuce. They dont mix anything just sprinkle ingredients on top. My son enjoyed his 3 piece meal tho however he did say his chicken was dry and only came with one sauce for a 3 piece tender, fries and toast. Def do NOT recommend.
Nice people, good food..
The Tuesdays special is the bomb! The BOGO chicken finger snack was delicious, my hubs said their fries are the best he has eaten. Highly recommended!
Chicken was totally cold! Last time me, I won’t be back..

My wife and I ate lunch here in Oct 31, 2020. We will not return. I bought a two piece catfish meal, my wife a two piece grilled chicken meal. The fries were good. The hushpuppies were almost black from over cooking. My catfish and her chicken were tasty but so tiny only a toddler would’ve been filled. All this for $14. Shame on you, Louie’s. We are from out of town, with kids at Auburn, and have been coming here for years pre-COVID and always had a great experience. Yes, you received our money yesterday but we won’t make that mistake again.
3rd time I've ate there and threw up two times!!! Must be some disgusting person cooking!!!
Employees not wearing masks properly. I had ordered at drive thru but when I saw the employee at the window with her mask below her nose I just drove away.
Food was Good But NOT ENOUGH FOR THE $ PRICE?
I give this place a “2nd chance” about once every 2-3 months - it is literally the only fast food restaurant in the Moore’s Mill area besides Subway (which has more consistent quality btw). Drive thru wait times are average 15-25 minutes “because they make all of the food fresh to order.” This sounds nice until you get your food and realize the fries were more than likely made in the morning hours and the chicken has a 50/50 chance of being so tough that its difficult to eat. You can also rest assured that the grilled tenders will be the driest in Auburn. Customer service is fine during the day when the adults are around, but abysmal when its just the kids running the place. Definitely more time spent socializing than providing any semblance of customer service and drive thru orders are routinely not correct. Facial coverings routinely not worn appropriately by staff (2 of 3 staff members only covering mouth with nothing over nose at my last visit). One day I will learn just to drive to Tiger Town and stop thinking quality and/or customer service will miraculously improve after this long.
