Pretty please work on your customer service! Takes less than 10 seconds to acknowledge someone. Busy or not, you should greet your customers. I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes before finally going inside.. waited another 5 when I decided to speak up. There were two other ladies in there waiting that felt the same way and were frustrated as well.

For some reason Hungry Howies did not open until 3 PM yesterday. We thought that we would give Marcos on Shug Jorden a try as it is close to our place in Auburn Al. The service was excellent. The lady on the phone was helpful in placing our order. She said that it would be ready in twenty minutes. We arrived early and it was ready. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had both heard about Marcos being good and were anxious to try the pizza. We got the thin crust delux....
