I’d give this zero stars if I could. After waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru, a manager came out waving her arms, screaming saying they are closed although the Google Maps says open 24 hours. They were so unprofessional and the black female manager told a customer to get back into his vehicle before he goes to jail. They clearly weren’t prepared for a rush but WOW.

The service was fine, it was the food that was almost unedible. The fish filet had a burnt taste and the cheese burgers were room temperature like they had been sitting out for a long while. The bread was hard and the meat was dry. I would not recommend this McDonalds.

We asked them to make sure all the McChickens had no mayo, and every single one came covered in it. They also gave me a burnt, dry, and honestly terrible quarter pounder. The service was awful, and the lady at the window was extremely rude and gave us a nasty look when we asked for honey. They even double-charged us for a 10-piece nugget, and to top it all off, they didn’t give us the sweet and sour sauce we asked for multiple times. I highly recommend you do not visit this McDonald’s, it was one of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences I’ve had.

Needs to learn to take people's orders and stop letting multiple employees go on break at same time.So they actually have someone around the front counter stood there, 25 minutes waiting for someone to take order. And they have the kiosks closed down, so they don't know how to run the whole restaurant. I'd give them -5 star if I could

The lady at the window called us dumb and basically cussed us out because SHE couldn’t get our order right and then by the end of the argument we still didn’t have half of our items. mind you, we were very nice and were just asking kindly for the rest of our food that we ordered and paid for… pls do not go here
