The customer service is terrible. The lack of urgency to take orders and serve it within a timely manner should be illegal. How do you make a customer pull up to reserve and still the order is incorrect or incomplete!

I arrived at this location at 6:00am. And the doors to the lobby were locked. The sign on the store claims they have new opening hours at 5:00am and the original sign says 6:00am. I guess the management just opens it when they feel like it with no concern for potential customers.
While attempting to open the door, an employee broom in hand just stared at me shaking her head and walked back to the kitchen. The service industry in Auburn, AL is definitely subpar.

They always say their coffee machine is broken. Even I already paid for the item in the mobile app but when I went here to picke up, they always said they don't have coffee related menu

So we adding ice and can’t even feel the cup. Everything is good just crazy to be spending 2.78 and the drink is literally full of ice.
