They Charge a premium for a chunk of bread and a small piece of chicken. I’ve always like Panera, but we will just go to Newks from now on if this is the garbage they are serving.

I ordered the chicken salad sandwich which was advertised to have grapes and almonds in it. Neither was and I just called the manager, and he simply said that they were out of grapes and a new person was doing the prep and he didn’t add the almonds. I thought that as a customer, I should have been told that those items were missing and could have decided if I wanted the item.
