Damn, if this wasn't the best soul food I've had. Fried chicken was fantastic. Wife had beef tips, also great. Sides of note: Mac n cheese, collard greens, black eye peas, Cole slaw. I need this in my home town!

I love a good meat and three. Pannie-George’s is all that and more. I was hoping for some fresh fried chicken but it was going to be a 20-minute wait so I went for the chicken and dumplings instead. Oh so yummy! It did not disappoint.The butterbeans and mashed potatoes were equally tasty. Ditto on the cornbread, which was moist and full of flavor. Not dry, which is what most places serve.But the very best was dessert, which was peanut butter cake. Perfect blend of moist cake and a sweet but not too sweet icing. I can tell you I’ve never had better. So good I got a piece to go for later. ❤️Add to this the welcoming kindness of every person on staff we encountered. It really made my day.If you’re in the area, this is one delightful place you don’t want to miss. ?

Awesome chicken! Stopped on trip from Atlanta to FL and so glad we did. Cafeteria style with lots of thoughtful extras, like onions, hot sauce, jalapeño oil, lemons for tea. Great food; friendly service.

Delicious! Steak Tips, Rice & Gravy and Okra seasoned to perfection on a whim made a perfect meal. Whole family was pleased. Our son will be attending Auburn next fall and we will definitely be visiting again.
