First attempted to order a pizza online from the Papa John's website. Got a weird error message and could not complete my order. So I Called to place an order before the advertised closing time. I ordered a veggie pizza from the Papa John’s on North College, but they accidentally gave me one with chicken and pepperoni. Since I don’t eat those, I couldn’t have it, so I called them back. The manager was super kind and understanding, and he quickly sent me the right pizza. Things like this can happen, but the way they handled it really showed great customer service.
