Service and delivery man was amazing! Super nice and professional! Reasoning for the 4 star is due to the pizza not being completely cooked. Pick up a slice of pizza and it is super limp and soggy. Couldn’t eat it. I called and spoke to a manager and she was extremely nice and professional! I will be giving this place another try in the future because I know things happen! A+++ for staff!!!!

Papa Johns is usually my go to pizza franchise to order from but the one in Auburn just feels lower quality than all the other ones in terms of food. Other Papa Johns I've been to were incredible but at this one I'm not entirely sure what is different but it just doesn't taste as good. The pizza is never fully cut and if I don't want to tear it apart I have to recut it at home. Apologies for lack of specificity but it seems like the pizzas are thrown together...
