“I love going here and we go daily! But if I have to be honest, they have a problem with employee turnover. Which means the lobby is closed way too often, especially compared to other stores. And because of the turnover, the smoothies come out inconsistent. Many times they have to redo it or at least blend it more. But everyone that makes them still makes them different. Exact same smoothie could be much sweeter one day than another day and texture also. And there are days where it's not even open when it should be, especially on days where the app is giving you something free or discounted. That just has to change! But I do like all of the people, but management or training needs to happen. And as expensive as this place is, I will say the reason we come to it over the other smoothie places is because the app definitely leverages it over others.“
“I stop by the Auburn location near Sam's twice a week. The employees are always friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and they often have out samples. The young lady at the window is always friendly and today on my cup 🥤 it says We Appreciate You!
