I usually go during the week before work and get a smoothie bowl around 3 times a week. Today was my first weekend experience and it was not a pleasant one. I’d recommend going somewhere else on the weekend because the service today was horrible and inconsistent.

I don’t know who that new young lady is but she shouldn’t be allowed to make smoothies at all! Two visits and I have received horrible smoothies when she makes them. They both tasted like Oat milk and protein powder nothing else and was not blended properly you could literally turn the cup upside down and not a drop would fall out the cup! The first time I just asked for a refund and the second time the other young lady made it after I had to come back to the store. No accountability at all she seems to like to use the I’m new excuse. Once the other young lady made it the smoothie came out perfect. Going forward I will be safe and go inside that way she no longer makes my smoothies. More training is definitely needed because talking to some coworkers at work last night had a few coworkers complain about this same young lady with the same issues when visiting the Bent Creek location.Vegetarian options: Oat milkalmond MilkVegan Protein

Regarding the Bent Creek Store in Auburn AL Today is the 3rd time I have tried to get a smoothie in the morning and although the automatic recording at the drive through asked for my order NOBODY IS IN THE STORE. This issue combined with that too often my smoothie has big chunks of ice or product in it has left me frustrated and even angry. There were 3 other cars today in line to order and due to the automatic recording uncertain what was going on. I am trying to make getting a smoothie a habit and the poor service and product in impeding that.

The staff literally took 10 minutes to make one smoothie. The line was wrapped around the building. The quality was terrible. Don't waste your money.

The people who work there are extremely rude and don’t care about the quality of what they are serving customers. If you read other reviews too clearly it’s a common experience for customers at this location.

My wife and I went to the drive-thru and order keto coffee and keto berry. After getting to window we waited a while. We were handed the berry and asked to move foward only to be told everyone is new and don't what they are doing. After moving foward I tasked the berry which was purple and it tasted like coffee. I then went in and asked if the berry was supposed to taste like coffee. The employee advised me that it shouldn't and asked if I wanted a refund. I advised him that I want my drink. After 30 minutes he gave my wife her coffee smoothie and not mine. He stated that he thought I didn't want mine and I told him I did. We waited q0 mote minutes for him to fix my berry smoothie. After going in and asking for a refund the manager insisted on arguing that his employee told him that I didn't want it remade and that his employee was right and I was wrong. My wife asked what happened to the customer is right. I advised the manager I would contact corporate. The manager said "ok we aren't corporate and that his employee was right and we were wrong".

I worked here at SK and I really enjoyed it for a little bit but they started adding more labor and not more pay. I was never recognized for the hard work I put in and never given a pay rise for the amount of work I did. I felt like it was unfair. They really need to organize themselves and get better management. I hope it gets better since I moved away. I’d like to see future employees treated better and given their tips they make. We do not get tips for online orders not even with catering.
