My friends and I went to get the new promotional shake and the lady at the drive thru was so rude. She told us that it was the same as another shake and it in fact was NOT. The workers seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Will definitely be going to another sonic next time. So

My wife and I ordered two milkshakes ahead of time using the mobile app. Then proceeded to go and pick the order up. It took less than five minutes to get there. She and I waited for nearly an hour for two milkshakes. Absolutely unacceptable service from a restaurant. When she and I got there, there were only two cars in the drive through. One maybe two at the stalls. We actually watched majority of them get their orders and leave. At nearly 10:00pm we still did not have our order. Again this is absolutely ridiculous service. I highly recommend no one visit the location on Dean Road in Auburn, al. I really wish I give a negative star review.

Might be the slowest Sonic in America. This place has no sense of urgency. You could be waiting 15+ minutes for an order in the drive thru.If you order online to pickup sometimes it’s a 30min wait, it’s insane.

if there was a zero then this cesspool would get it. The food is always wrong (reading is obviously not a skill set to work here) and cold, horrible attitudes, completely inept, and just all around a disgrace to the Sonic brand. This is the 3rd time in a row that the experience has been absolutely horrendous. I gave them too many opportunities. What a terrible owner/operator. This place should be shut down.

The bacon double cheese burger didn't have bacon and the tater tots were cold and must have been sitting for quite a long time because they were even discolored...a grayish color! Would not recommend going there again...it wasn't even busy there!

Went to the Sonic on Dean Road this afternoon ordered two burgers one with bacon one without. Also ordered a grape slushie and a cherry limeade to drink. They told us to move up further because it was going to take some time for our order to be complete. Once we got our order we left my sister myself. I tasted the tater tots and they were cold surprise surprise. Once we got home we separated our order and there was no bacon in my sister's Burger my cherry limeade tasted like seltzer water. The lettuce and the tomato in the burgers or wilted warning fresh or anything. It look like it's a pulled the lettuce out from a pot of soup along with a tomato. But once again in my sister's burger no bacon at all. And what gets me mad is that you pay for it! And as for my drink if I wanted seltzer water I would have bought some I was expecting a cherry limeade but no cherry limeade! I would not recommend going to this establishment! One last thing I've been trying to get in touch with him for the past 3 hours to let him know about the error and they have yet to answer the phone!!So let me say one more time do not go to the Sonic on Dean Road next to the Kroger's in Auburn Alabama!

I went to sonics for a late night dinner last night around 11p.m. I was very disappointed with the service and food. I understood they were busy and I waited patiently in line. I ordered my food and it was repeated back to me correctly. I paid for my food and did not receive a receipt for it. Once I received my food, I noticed the sauce was incorrect on my food. I spoke with the drive through attendant about it and she said my ordered was for bbq even after I said buffalo twice at the intercom. I was going to ask for a remake but the attendant made a rude comment about how many cars they have and basically to busy to fix it. I just asked for the sauce on the side. When I got home I looked at my side and they were not the tots that I ordered but fries. My experience is usually pretty decent at sonics but this is one of the worst I've had so far.

I was driving for grubhub and had an order here. I don't know if who I spoke to was the manager or just a worker there but here is the exact conversation that took place:Me: hi I have an order for PaxtonHer: ok pull through...I pull inHer: *after looking around* what was in the orderMe: state the orderHer: can you just give me the phoneMe: uhh...... AlrightHer: *takes my phone, looks around more and comes back and gives me my phone* someone already picked this upMind you I showed up in record time. Less then 7 minutes since I got the orderMe: but that's my orderHer: you aren't the only one doing doordashMe: *visibly confused* but that my order, only I can pick it up. Someone must have stolen itHer: what do you want me to do? Call the police?I pulled in to park and called support. Grubhub cancelled the order.

I wanted share about my experience tonight. When we first left, we were disappointed with the state our food was in. I called and explained the issue and asked for a refund because honestly I did not trust the food to be any different. Then after speaking with the Manager, I eventually chose to proceed with a remake. The manager was very polite and took care of the situation accordingly. I was very pleased with the remake and the customer service that I experienced! Thank you for taking accountability with a positibe attitude!

I stopped by this location after work. Several pull ups not available so I used drive-thru. I received my food and fries were cold. I asked the server if I could have some fresh fries. Okay, I was asked to pull down so they could drop new fries. I waited about 5-10 minutes only for them to bring me more cold fries. They placed a few hot fries on top so I didn't notice the remaining cold fries until after I had pulled off.
