My wife and I ordered two milkshakes ahead of time using the mobile app. Then proceeded to go and pick the order up. It took less than five minutes to get there. She and I waited for nearly an hour for two milkshakes. Absolutely unacceptable service from a restaurant. When she and I got there, there were only two cars in the drive through. Might be the slowest Sonic in America. This place has no sense of urgency. You could be waiting 15+ minutes for an order in the drive thru.If you order online to pickup sometimes it’s a 30min wait, it’s insane.
