I love Starbucks! Always have. The problem I have is the drink I like is overpriced in my opinion. I use to go daily, can’t anymore with the prices. So they are expensive. Also, they are inconsistent in your order. Most of the time it’s right but when it’s not and you don’t find out until you are down the road, drives me nuts! I try and taste my drink before I leave the window. I will go back because as I said I love Starbucks.

I only go through your drive-through to get a hot coffee when I get off work. The service is good. The people are nice but I never get a hot coffee. It is always lukewarm. Please help them understand what hot coffee is.

A couple of weeks ago I went in to get a medicine ball and waited for about 30 minutes. That was fine I understand that they were busy but what bothered me was the fact that the girl made my drink wrong and then acted some type of way when I asked for honey packets. It’s supposed to come with steamed lemonade and she only made it with water. The reason I am posting this now is because I got another one today from a different Starbucks and they confirmed that it was supposed to be made with steamed lemonade. If I’m gonna spend my money on something I would love for it to be made correctly.

Our boss buys Starbucks for us every Friday & as for today, @ roughly noon, horrible service. We had 4 pink drinks being made by Lydia & I overheard her complaining & visibly saw her slamming the cups down as if it were an inconvenience to make these drinks. Her & coworkers were conversing back & forth about our order on the headsets. As someone who has worked in customer service especially in the service industry, that was a complete temper tantrum that was completely uncalled for as I paid almost $50 bucks for these drinks she obviously hated to make.

If I could give negative stars to this location I would. They do not prioritize drink order given in the restaurant. They made 28468262 mobile orders. After waiting 30 minutes I was forced to abandoned my order.

This place is a pitiful excuse for a Starbucks. They had at least 10 workers(the most i’ve ever seen at a starbucks) yet it took them over 30 minutes to make ONE drink. I asked for an iced shaken espresso with no classic syrup and add sugar cookie syrup. They did not add the sugar cookie syrup and my drink was absolutely disgusting. Even more, the workers were rude and did not bat an eye at any of the in-store orders. Will not be returning and I encourage all of you to do the same. What a horrible world we live in where we have to wait 40 minutes for $7 less-than-mediocre coffee.

Employees have no idea what’s going on and always a ridiculous wait time esp for door dash ordersEditing to add that it’ still hasn’t gotten any better. 30 minute wait on orders. And employees are extra rude.This isn’t an issue at any of the other location, so I’m assuming it’s the managers here
