Starbucks, a popular coffee shop, is known for its friendly staff and wide variety of drinks. Customers often praise the staff's hard work and willingness to help with any issues, such as incorrect orders, with understanding and promptness. Many have highlighted the incredible baristas at the Auburn Mall location for their friendliness and efficiency. While some reviewers have pointed out inconsistencies in the preparation of specialized drinks like the "medicine ball," which is meant to be made with steamed lemonade, others appreciate the overall experience. Although prices may be high for some, Starbucks remains a favorite among many coffee lovers who enjoy the atmosphere. The shop is recognized for being kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, making it a welcoming spot for everyone. Despite occasional mishaps, the staff consistently strives to get orders right and provide excellent service.
