The service is always kind, but the night shifts are always incredibly slow. No matter what time of day, they are always forgetting something (sauces, utensils, so on). Not the worst Taco Bell in America but definitely in the bottom 60%
Jeffery was absolutely incredible!! We were missing 8 out of 10 item from our Uber order *from a different store* and Jeff graciously helped us recover our order. He truly went above and beyond and put forth the extra effort to rectify the situation. To have someone go the extra mile like that while being polite an understanding truly made our night. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
On September 22nd and past days before, I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell location (S Gay Street Auburn,AL) and do Uber Eats as well. The two girls working front of house (short Caucasian and short brown skinned) they are always sweet, helpful, hardworking, and welcoming, even when they’re about to close. The Back of the house does a good job as well getting the food out the best they can.But the two girls always stands out to me with their hospitality. They deserve something...
