Asked for the number 1 combo with chicken supreme came home to eat my food and only have lettuce chicken and cheese I am livid!!!! I called several times no answer also the young guy taking orders and passing out food was rushing I didn’t get a reciept!!! I will be up there tomorrow when I get off!!!!

The guy working the drive-thru window on March 29th around midnight forgot my chips and cheese sauce as well as my salsa verse. He had an attitude from the beginning of our interaction and tried to charge me after I had already paid for my meal. Don’t come here if you want your correct order or decent service.

I would give it negative stars if I had the option to. The workers are outrageously rude & the managers obviously allow them to do as they please. If cussing at the customer for complaining about an order made incorrectly, twice, is not enough to send the employee home then I guess I misunderstood what customer service is all about. None of the employees on shift spoke up & tried to correct the issue. None of them would even say what his name was when I asked them. This place isn't ran the way it needs to be & until it gets someone who can actually "manage" the employees, it'll never worth visiting for anything in my opinion. But maybe some customers like being treated badly...not me.

Experiences are hit and miss, however, this visit I was extremely satisfied with the service and food.
They asked me to come onside when I attempted to go thru the drive thru. Then, while I was inside, I noted that it's the computer screen ordering inside, and they just called your name to give you your food. However, while I was ordering my food, someone else came through the drive thru, and they took and gave out that order before I received my meal.It made me feel like my order/money/needs were less important.
