Our first time being at Taziki's, The female employee whom we asked how the operations works... do we sit and wait for a waitress or go ahead an order... she was cold in nature, as if she was bothered. She also was our cashier. She seemed just as aggravated. We reluctantly ordered. The food came out quickly, to my surprise the lamb was cooked on a flat top grill differently than I've ever had.
