Irritable Bao is delicious!!!! I have never eaten anything that was not good! My favorite is bang bang shrimp and Buffalo Bao. It is impeccably run, the owner is always kind and loves people. Part of the draw is seeing him each time you are there. The college kids can’t get enough. The line is often down the street. Our entire family loves it and eats it every visit which is OFTEN!
I’ve wanted to try this place since I first heard about it in 2022. I love the simplicity of the small, rotating menu with counter service and pick up when they call your name. We ordered a variety of items to share for a light lunch, but the bao were bigger than we expected and we almost didn’t finish it.
