I go to this location rarely because customer service hasn’t been its strong point. The one on Hilton Garden drive is a lot better. A common theme I’ve noticed when at this location is that they can and will rush you while ordering. I am an indecisive orderer so naturally, I’m gonna need a minute, and I don’t see what’s the problem for me to take 20-30 seconds when there was literally no other cars behind me. When I got to the drive thru window I wanted to scan my Wendy’s...

The food was good & fresh. The drink order was wrong; I didn't realize it until after we left. I also felt like the drive-thru service was not very friendly. They wouldn't say a word, and when the window opened, it felt eerily similar to walking into a room when the people there were talking about you. (I know that's all subjective, but that is how it felt at the moment)
