Went tonight, lobby was closed per usual and according to the drive through cashier: they were cash only, the frosty machine was broken and they were out of fries. How does Wendy's justify charging $15 average per meal and have all of these problems???? I wasn't able to order because I didn't have cash.

The lady that took our order had the worst attitude ever. She took about 3 minutes for her to even acknowledge that we were at the front counter. We were finally able to place our order. A single with only ketchup and mayonnaise, a double with no onions, and a crispy chicken Biggie bag. After confirming that the order was correct by one of the cooks. The order still wasn't correct. Instead of the chicken Biggie bag we were given a double stack, and there were onions on the double burger. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's. I understand that people have bad days, but it shouldn't be taken out on the customer. Especially if you are the one who is in charge. What makes it a big deal is that my Mother N Love can only eat chicken, turkey, or seafood. So, we had to go to another restaurant to get her something that she could eat. I rate this as a F----

I travel for work over a good bit of Alabama and this Wendy’s has the best customer service out of any of the other ones I’ve stopped at. They’re always so fast and so kind, and it makes so much of a difference when compared to some of the other local locations. 10/10

We used to go once a week but it's gotten so bad that we hardly go at all. It's close to where we live but the service is horrible and the foods gotten worse. Guess I need to find somewhere else.

When I went through the drive-through, they accidentally forgot a sandwich I ordered. The next thing you know, a guy is running down my car down with his headset still on, making sure I don't leave without it. If that isn't customer service, I'm not sure what is.

Hyper Sportz-room

I’ve been coming here since I was little and every time I’ve come the workers have been friendly and caring, I’ve never had my food messed up either. I highly recommend coming here even if it’s out of the way. Also the burgers always taste fresh and taste like they just got off the grill. 5 stars!
