Our favorite place! Prices went up because everything is going up. She is not rude, she is direct. The reason she does not take orders over the phone is because people order and never show up.
Some of the "hot" item food was "warm" and the service was awful. I had a school coupon booklet to receive $5.00 off of 2 lunches at Dragon City. My friend and I had lunch, received our bill and the $5.00 had been taken off the entire order …… AFTER THE TAX HAD BEEN ADDED ON! I questioned that and their response was "that's the way we do it". Food is decent, but the lady that runs the place is extremely rude. I called to ask if they were still taking orders, she shouted “closed” into the phone 4 times and hung up on me. The food is fine (at best), but that’s not how you keep customers. I’m done with them.
