Arby's offers a satisfactory dining experience with friendly staff and good food, according to reviews. The service is sometimes praised as outstanding, but there are reports of inconsistency, with some customers noting average service. The pricing may be considered slightly high for a fast-food establishment. Some reviews mention issues with cleanliness, particularly in the restrooms, which could detract from the overall experience. Despite these concerns, other diners report courteous staff who ensure orders are correct, contributing to an efficient visit. Overall, Arby's provides a pleasant dining option for customers, though experiences may vary.
