Monday November 7, 2022. I don't know who the waitress or the cook was on this night at approximately 10:20 p.m. I came in and ordered my food and she called it out to the cook. I was assuming that he was preparing my food since it was only two people in the restaurant. I walked outside to take a phone call and 10 minutes later another guy pulls up. We breezed through after passing up the ones we have locally because of past experiences with them. My son has an AllStar tournament today and because of a schedule change we had plenty of time to sit down and eat. It was nice to see a Waffle House with a full staff that were smiling and working together as a team. I don’t recall an experience like that ever at a Waffle House in Baldwin County.
