Sonic Drive-In is a popular fast-food restaurant with a mixed reputation. Some customers have reported issues with their orders, mentioning mistakes and poor listening skills from staff. However, others have praised the quality of their food, particularly the Smash burger and fries, which are often hot and fresh. The vanilla shake has also received positive feedback. Despite some issues with the drive-through headsets, which made communication difficult at times, the staff is generally friendly and efficient. The atmosphere has become less lively than it was a few years ago, but it is still considered friendly and fun, with customers noting the encouraging interactions from the staff. While the payment process and the touch screen feature could use some improvements, many customers appreciate the good service they receive. With some upgrades to their kiosk system and cleanliness, Sonic Drive-In has the potential to be a top-notch dining experience.
