I have been visiting the Bay Minette location for the last few weeks, breakfast only. I had to take a moment to comment on the employees at this location. My total trip for ordering to checkout is usually less than 2 min. These ladies here rock. They promptly take the order, the order is ready as soon as you hit the window, and they take your payment within seconds. The order is always correct, fast, hot and fresh. Didn't give me all my food. I returned. Has to wait 10 more mins in line. Lobby closed. They got mad when I asked for my food. I asked for manager who then threw my food at me threw the window.

Their supposed to close at 2 and I've been by there a couple times and they were closed 20 to 30 mins early. A shame cause I much rather eat there than any of these other restaurants. Tighten up Hardee's yall are losing business.
