the best smoke food I have ever eaten I definitely recommend 10/10 they are great if you are near it is a must have the potato salad everything is delicious can't wait to come back and get more 😊 and the loaded baked potato is to die for wonderful customer service they are great

Authentic and super delicious home-smoked meat. We were shown the smoking oven, which is just behind the kitchen, by the very nice Capt. Frank himself ?

I am from Kansas so have had some of the best, and this place for the price and taste, you can't beat it. Owners are super nice and exactly what you would expect from a small hole in the wall bbq place.

Friendly BBQ joint, we found it on our way back from exploring Dauphin Island. Stopped right before closing at around 4:45pm, ordered about 5lb of meat and finished 99% of it ? Very comforting. We tried full rack of ribs, brisket and pulled pork. The ribs are definitely our fav. Pulled pork is nice and moist. Brisket is a bit dry and probably needs a bit more seasoning penetration. BBQ sauce is tangy and flavorful. Take out only but there is a small area out front if you just can’t wait. Oh ya and coleslaw is delicious! Owners said they’ve been there for over 12 years! Excellent home cooking BBQ at a fair price. Found this place by accident a couple of years ago and made a bee-line back for more when I was in the area again. The dry ribs and gumbo were mouth-watering. Next time I'm in the area I'm coming back again.

The ribs and sauce were delicious. I like my ribs to stick to the bone and these do. The potato salad was a little on the salty side (and I like my salt), but otherwise, very good.My husband had the brisket and pulled pork with beans, and enjoyed them.Good food and service with a smile is what you’ll find here.
