if I could leave less or a rating I would. I ordered on my app to save time and money. Pulled up to the drive thru and the young lady told me my order had already been picked up. Told her that was not my problem. I have on my phone where I ordered it. So then sat there waiting on her reply..... and nothing. So I drove to the drive thru window, and waited. It took her about 5 minutes to open the window. I told her I wanted my food. She said they were out of Whopper or BK Jr. meat....read full review
I went inside to order and told the lady 3 times I wanted Ketchup, Mayo, Tomato, and onion on my Chicken Sandwich and Whopper. The whole time she was mumbling something to herself and just had the biggest screw you look on her face. I get out to my truck and sure enough, nothing was right.
