“My family and I (including the omnivores) LOVED the lasagna, candied yams, collards, maple roasted brussel sprouts, banana pudding and the pineapple ginger lemonade! Bessemer is so fortunate to have access to your talent! We live in Virginia and are visiting family this week…having this option and ability to pick up warm food on Thanksgiving day morning was such a mental blessing for me! Having such amazing deliciousness that impressed everyone was a win-win! Also the jerk mushrooms ya’lll they are a spicy wonderful explosion of flavor!!“
“The Happy Catering Company provided the food for my daughter's wedding, and we were extremely happy with everything. All the food was tasted amazing. The bang bang chicken had just the right amount of heat and the mini shrimp cakes were a crowd favorite. The pasta bar was a wonderful option for the picky eaters and I had several people tell me how delicious the alfredo sauce was. Holly was a joy to work with and the entire staff was wonderful. I will definitely us then again in the future. Thank you to Holly and her staff for making Tommi and Tim's wedding extra special.“
