First they gave my 1st order to the wrong person and my dasher called me to tell me and they gave him a hard time saying they wasn’t gonna remake the order. Then told me to reorder which made me lose $50 because Door dash wouldn’t offer me a refund. I guess they didn’t have spicy chicken like I requested but instead of saying that, they gave me regular chicken with a pound of “spicy sprinkle”. They have me an absurd amount of condiments that I didn’t ask for on my next order just to forget the condiments I did ask for. They also forgot my drinks as well but put 2 straws in the bag. This was a terrible experience from their place and showed how poorly they care for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

I asked for a refund on an item that I ordered on the app and they say they don't have it, yet they refused to give me a refund. This is the 2nd time ai order something and I don't get it. They never answer the phone and just shrug off when I complained to them about the food issues.

I went to the Bessemer location on a Saturday and ordered a two piece special for 2.99. All I got was two pieces of half cooked chicken with no biscuit. When I asked about the biscuit, the lady at the drive thru said it didn't come with a biscuit, it's chicken only. This was the first time I have ever ordered at church's and didn't get a biscuit with my meal. Church's do better.

I was there the other day and the young lady at the window was very kind. It was raining and she was getting wet at the window, yet she made the best of it. The food was good and hot and came with a biscuit. Today Dariana S was at the window and wasn’t kind at all. My bff and I had to ask her to give me my pop I ordered and had to ask where my fries were. She then told us she had to wait on them. I asked about a biscuit and she said I had to pay for it yet I got one the other day with my order. I told her I do Google Reviews and she still didn’t become any nicer. She didn’t give us any napkins which we didn’t notice until we left and were eating with greasy hands. The food was hot and delicious though. She needs to work on her customer service skills 💙🔥💙🔥

Once, the Bessemer location was one of the better locations in Metro Birmingham. But not anymore. It has been more than a year and a half since I bought chicken at Church’s. After seeing the “back to the original recipe” ads, I thought I would get two wings on the way home from work. After placing my order for two wings, the box screamed back that she had dark meat only. This was at 2:40 PM. Apparently the manager does not know that drum sticks are dark meat. So, being the 3rd car in line I figured it would only be a few minutes as I needed to be at the credit union before 4:00 PM and the lobby banking hours ended. But after 10 minutes in line I gave up and left. I won’t ever go to the south Bessemer location again. They truly suck.

My coworker and I are looking for the district manager of this Church's Chicken on Carolina Ave in Bessemer. We placed online orders to pick up during our lunch hour and upon arrival to pick up the orders we were told there was no chicken sandwiches or anything that we ordered. The manager on duty had the worst attitude. She said something rude about us placing an online order as well as said there is a KFC around the corner. That was the rudest experience I have ever had in my life at a restaurant.

I waited for nearly 30 minutes while everyone ignored me until finally a witch said someone else picked up the DoorDash order. She was strung out on drugs. Another lady didn’t even turn to customers. Kept her back to us entire time. Apparently we weren’t there. A girl on her cell phone. And a guy mentioned how taxes gone up and pay gone down. What does all of this have anything to do with getting my order ready! Luckily both my customer and myself canceled the order. Id not want to eat food that was prepared by someone on drugs! Shut this store down!
