First they gave my 1st order to the wrong person and my dasher called me to tell me and they gave him a hard time saying they wasn’t gonna remake the order. Then told me to reorder which made me lose $50 because Door dash wouldn’t offer me a refund. I guess they didn’t have spicy chicken like I requested but instead of saying that, they gave me regular chicken with a pound of “spicy sprinkle”. They have me an absurd amount of condiments that I didn’t ask for on my next order just to forget the condiments I did ask for. They also forgot my drinks as well but put 2 straws in the bag. This was a terrible experience from their place and showed how poorly they care for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

You never get what you order. I ordered spicy tenders and received regular ones. I asked for a refund on an item that I ordered on the app and they say they don't have it, yet they refused to give me a refund. This is the 2nd time ai order something and I don't get it. They never answer the phone and just shrug off when I complained to them about the food issues.
