Not supprised to have greasy chicken at this location. None of the staff wore gloves and went straight from taking cash to picking up chicken with there bare hands. Two employees blocked the bathrooms the whole time I had to wait for my two peice so a kid of the lady who ordered before me had to pee out in the parking lot. I ordered a two peice and waited for 10 minutes to get it. Another guy came in behind me and ordered two meals and they tried to give him food first. Not going back to this one again. I recommend to find somewhere better and cleaner for a bite

Chicken was sinewy and not at all the same as past purchases. Advertising for a 20 dollar family meal was deceptive. I had to spend 27 dollars to get what a family meal once was. I wanted to give them one more chance. That's the last time.

Order two family meals cuz I have a big family cost us $88.85 for the wrong order are chicken was dry it was crusty we ordered original recipe which I thought was supposed to be better than that they messed up our order I repeated it three times and they still messed it up just screwed us over in so many ways I even called corporate and corporate told us that they would send us a 15.00 or $20 refund on it don't recommend it
Ordered door dash . They took the order then were completely rude to the dasher. They were out of biscuits. Wouldn't offer a substitute like small side. Said we could wait 17 min. Totally bad business. Bad management. What a way to earn someone's business. I paid extra for direct service that got messed up as well. If you don't want the business don't take the order tumbs 👎
