order online was told it would be ready at 4:30pm didn’t get it until 5:00pm order was wrong and part of it was missing had to go back to get them to make get right so called manager has one of the worst attitude’s ive ever dealt with they have a sign on the register that says you can’t get your money back but we can make you order again

I am working hard in to getting this establishment close and it will be do not eat here none of you guys there food nasty place is disgusting there are roaches I’ve seen an employee slight way killing trying not to make it noticeable flies every where dead insects my husband works for osha so definitely getting them closed not to mention there management now for some time there was a store manager there who I haven’t seen heard someone got her fired poor lady didn’t deserve because there is another manager she is poor little wack job and looks likes it I sent several including me there she is yelling at the customers talking crazy to them I’ve pulled up to eat seen her smoking cigs in her car for a whole hour I’m waiting on food she lolly gagging at the truck she been in to it with my grand daughter the manager there and the Gm who is allowing it needs to be terminated forever and I will even go so far as a lawsuit fire them !!! I’m working to get them shut down your food is cook old roaches was on the counter don’t eat here at all it’s despicable I’ve contacted the health department as well and what makes matters worse I had someone who used to work for corporate get hired there and it’s ridiculous I’m on them like white on rice !!! KFC your days are numbered you and that druggist manager you can look at her and tell she ok some it’s like she always high on the job out side parking log everytime I come there and ik the Gm as well I’m working to getting her removed because you allow this nonsense

Lady at counter is very nice, but we've been waiting 30 mins in lobby for 5 #7s. I thought this was fast food. Could go to any sit down restaurant and get something more complex in same amount of time for about same price. Restaurant is very clean.
