I just sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes for food but I had asked for grilled chicken and they didn't want to cook Amy hell for that wait, they should've.Yall need new management or something. I placed my order at 9:14 and got my food at 10 pm. 6 people in the building with work clothes on.5 cars turned around at 9:45.I'll never go here again.

I ordered a 2 piece leg and wing. Was given a thigh. Told them the order wasn't correct. I was given the wing I initially asked for. But it looked as if it were from the night before. Taste like the grease hadn't been changed in weeks. Don't waste your time nor money. Trash

1-27-24 Got take out for me, wife & daughter. Best KFC meal I remember having. Everything was perfect & the price was fair. I'm shocked. We eat there about every 6 weeks but tonight was really the exception. This place really rocked tonight. I hope the crew gets to see this.We'll be back soon I'm sure.

Do not I repeat do not waste your time, sat in lobby for 40 minutes so called manager or whomever was was in charge started acting like a fool when I started getting mad about waiting. She said chicken is cooking, I said for 40 min?? Then proceeded to say how long till next batch done since the wings weren't done for the 8 pice meal... they said 14 min. I said he'll no let's go thank God it wasn't me that paid that time it was for door dash. My son said he saw roaches on the cook line... never again!!!

Our order was totally skipped over. The cashier said it herself. They didn't have fries, because the grease wasn't ready or some issue. I think they were out of wings... same issue. My biscuit tasted as if it weren't cooked completely. They forgot many things from an order that a guest came inside to

I was feeling pretty hungry and didn't have a lot of time, so I pulled into this KFC to get one of those bowls with the nuggets and potatoes and corn etc because it's an excellent value where you get some bang for the buck and it's quick and easy if you're in a rush. (Strongly recommend this bowl, it's a highly underrated fast food item)When I arrived, the door to the place was locked and an employee was nodding out on the sidewalk in what was plainly some kind of drug induced haze. I asked if they were open and she told me to pull the door hard. I pulled the door but it was locked. I asked her if they had any employees inside, and she said that they had plenty before she nodded out again and slumped over. With all that being said, it's good to see that in a time where we often encounter staffing shortages in the restaurant industry, this KFC actually had enough people on staff to accommodate one crew member nodding out and still have enough people to at least keep the drive thru open.So I ordered on the app and proceeded to the drive through. The line moved fairly quickly, my order was piping hot and cooked to perfection, and like I said already, it was an excellent value.Had to drop one star for the employee slumping over in front of the locked door in an apparent state of near overdose, but besides that everything was fine.If you're in this area and looking to hit up the KFC, go for it. Get that bowl.
