I ordered a holiday fried turkey, corn muffins, and giblet gravy for Thanksgiving. It was all delicious! The lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly as well. We’re still eating the corn muffins and enjoying them as part of our post-Thanksgiving snack. Awesome job, guys.

I had a Chicken Philly cheese sandwich and fries from this company’s food truck at Railroad park Magic City concert. This food was delicious, amazing and incredibly good. The customer service was A+. They were well prepared for this event. Please keep up the great work????

I attended an event this evening where we were table #16. The food service line was already out of forks. We were given spoons. The young lady who issued the spoons didn't seem to care.

Look, I am not a connoisseur of all things delicious but I can cook a little bit. I also do know a beautiful thing and I do know when a thing is good. No one needs to hit me in the face for me to know a good thing. When I tell you the shrimp and grits are mind-blowing, I mean that. They were creamy, spicy, and cooked to perfection. They weren't fishy or overbearing and all the flavor notes were right where they needed to be. The chicken and waffles complemented each other very well. The waffles were soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. I was impressed. The only thing I will mention ever so lightly is that the Mimosas were on the sour side due to the oj.I also must mention that the owner is straight-up beautiful. He was very respectful and his customer service was impeccable. 10 stars darling. 10 stars.

Food Truck @Grandview. My first experience and I must say the food was good. The temperature was hot for fish and fries and the spinach dip was really good and not creamy more like a spreadable cheese that I enjoyed eating. ?. I plan on trying the wings the next time they visit the View. ?
When I tell you this food was amazing…. The word is not strong enough!!! It started as soon as I called and was greeted with such a warm and friendly woman! She helped me with my order and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and that they didn’t include onions which my husband hates!! The delivery man was very friendly as well. But the FOOD!!!!! Everybody loved it and could not stop talking about it!! A++++++++We had spinach dip with amazing pita chips, shrimp and grits, chicken skewers, pork sliders and fresh fruit and cheese. It was all delicious! Every bit!!Will definitely the using again!

We used this catering service for our family reunion this past weekend, and although the staff (on site) was nice, the food (presentation and taste) was below par.I can get past all of that... but what I will not tolerate is rudeness.Our family reunion coordinator reached out to the company to politely and respectfully discuss the lack of satisfaction with the meal.She was told that she would receive a call back from the owner. The owner called her back, and was rude, off-putting and outright disrespectful. I will preface the next statement with the fact I do not take lightly anyone being disrespectful or making a mockery of my cousin's inquiry, while being thankful that I have evolved in maturity... and will leave it at that.However, I will say that I will ensure that no one that I know patronizes this business for their catering needs.I can get over the hockey puck hamburger sliders and dry smashed potatoes; but what I will not tolerate is disrespectfulness.

Don't use their food truck!!! NOT dependable. It was supposed to come to out big event in Gardendale on March 5th. At the last minute they wanted to change days. We were there two days. We had previously offered them the 4th and they declined, so we got another food truck. So they just didn't show up on the 5th. Only had ONE brief text after they were over an hour late, saying the truck had problems, but was on the way. Never showed. They would NOT answer phone or texts. It's clear they found another event they'd rather go to. I can't stand people that commit, then renege!! We had a lot of hungry people. Terrible business!!!!
