Harvest has great food. We were the only ones on the restaurant and I'm not sure why. Comfy chairs and good service. I recommend for a last minute decision to eat downtown. No reservations needed until others find this hidden gem.

The food was good but not great. It had a very limited menu. The server definitely didn't want to be there. And made comments about us making last minute reservations and how it inconvenienced her.

Cool place! Started at the bar and the bartender was great. Very attentive. We then had an amazing dinner, and ended with drinks on the roof. Perfect night to celebrate our nursing school graduation.

The feta honey dip is a great sharable appetizer. The grits and airline chicken breast were delicious.

This restaurant no-longer uses OpenTable but they did not turn off the service. We arrived for our 10am reservation on Easter Morning to an empty restaurant and an unfriendly hotel staffer indicating the restaurant was closed.

Clean, somewhat austere setting, tables well spaced with low noise level. Food was a little better than expected, service was friendly and eager to please. Our first two wine choices from a limited selection were not available!

Greg

Great service, good food but terrible ambiance. Seated to close to the entrance and the bar. Noisy and distracting, not what you want for a romantic night out.

Great place to go for a quiet dinner. Food was great, wine was great, service was great, ambience was great, and the rooftop bar was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Made a reservation for 10:00 a.m on a Sunday. We get there, get seated, wait 5 mins. Turns out they closed the restaurant early and will no longer serve us. The inside was very pretty. But not worth wasting your time.

Beautiful venue, great service with Bruce and wonderful food. The drinks from the bar were excellent! We enjoyed our window seat looking out to the streets of Birmingham.

Wonderful meal with great service in a restored 1920's hotel. Only regret was this area of town was empty on a Saturday night. The few souls out and about were here.

I held a dinner party for my husband's birthday there this past Saturday evening. Current had been enthusiastically recommended and it did not disappoint. A couple of us arrived a bit early for a cocktail before the rest of the party arrived. The hosts and the bartenders were friendly, punctual, attentive, and excellent. Our server and the rest of the staff during the dinner were all fantastic. The overall vibe of the restaurant was very inviting, not at all pretentious, and comparable to any 5-Star restaurant we've ever experienced - without any of the superfluous fancy bull. Haha. But it's true. This was a great experience from valet arrival to valet departure. Thank you, Current, for a truly great evening!

Opentable Diner

The food wasn't prepared well for the prices charged. I had a steak which wasn't bad, so I enjoyed it. However, my partner's risotto was just edible; it wasn't creamy as risotto is meant to be. If the cost of the food was one-third of the amount charged, I wouldn't be complaining at all. They charged prices you'd expect at Helen, Cafe du Pont, or Hot and Hot for food you'd expect from Chili's.

Since the restaurant is downtown with very tall windows and is situated by the door it is extremely hot. The air conditioning does not work. There are gnats. I will not eat there on the summer months because I do not like eating hot food in the summer
