We are up in Birmingham visiting family for my and my nieces birthdays. I was searching the internet for a different dining experience, and I came across Alloy Thai. What an exceptional find! Not only was the food delicious but the experience for the whole family was extraordinary. Josh was the ultimate host and was very knowledgeable about everything he was preparing. We all participated and left with smiles on our faces.

I connected with Josh a few years ago when I was hosting event. To my knowledge, at the time he was just doing in home parties. But recently I learned that he was doing sporadic to-go meals. Not only that, but Alloy was doing it right down the street from me!! Seriously only one block away. I have always admired the fresh items their house was growing. But I had no idea the purpose it served. So how in the world could I pass up this opportunity. That night we were fortunate enough to get some of the last meals of stir fried pork curry and beans. We ordered, and when it was time, we walked to the whole family and dogs down the street to pick up everything. It was absolutely fantastic. Everything you could imagine from home cooked Thai food. And not to mention, there was a ton! This spilled over into lunch leftovers the next day. After visiting with Josh and seeing his garden and other things he had in the works, I would definitely try them out for a private party. Great business, great food and great people. No complaints here.
