This is a chain I frequent often; however this location is constantly inconsistent. Each time I've specifically asked for my food to be prepared a certain way, they've rushed my order and barely cooked the food as if there was a long line and there was only one person in front of me this time. The manager, Lorenzo and staff do not quite understand cross contamination as they took the rushed cooked food back through the window after I opened and touched it; which instantly made me request a refund. I don't know if they had plans on re-selling it or eating it, but either way, I'll never eat there or go back.

I went and got a 2 piece fried hard whitening fish it wasn’t fried hard my lemonade was hot no ice I literally had to come home and refry the fish myself. The service felt rushed and the food wasn’t its best not satisfied especially having to cook for what I paid to already be cooked

Ordered a chef salad and the plate was full of lettuce but hardly no meat and the container wasn’t even full. Paid $14.00 for a plate full of lettuce. Never again will they get my money.

Don’t buy the wings. They are small and hard. Flavor is good, but they are not worth the price in any, way, shape, or form.
The other foods are good enough to be edible. They taste how they’re supposed to taste. Nothing special. If you want to spend slightly more for the bare minimum passible food experience, this is your place.
The people are generally pretty nice.

The Drive thru is terrible! They tell you to speak loud and still can’t hear you. I repeated my order so many times I thought I was tone deaf. Then they make you wait at the speaker for an absolute long time and it was only one car in front of me. Lady at the window act like she didn’t want to be at work.

Wings are smaller than my pinky. Literally. One of the drums had been broken in half but still fried and put in a box. The owner has replied to other people complaining about wing size by blaming the wing supplier. If you know the wings are coming in smaller than your pinky then A) Change suppliers B) Remove them from the menu until you get your business together. C) Lower the price.
