I accidentally place my order to the Trussville location. The food was terrible. I knew not to never visit them and when I realized I chose the wrong location I want to cancel my order, but I wish I did. I give them a 1 star and I will never make that mistake again.

Great service! From the hostess to the waiter to the manager. They were all super nice and helpful! They even had an emergency happen with a cook and they still handled everything professionally and with hardly any wait! Thank you for taking care of my wife and kids at this applebees by the crossplex!!

No service at all. Waited in an almost restaurant for 10 minutes to be told we would have to wait to be seated. 10 more minutes we were finally seated and forgotten. Nobody ever took an order nor offered a glass of water. After waiting 10 more minutes we decided to leave. If you are looking for a place to eat, do not go Applebee's in Five Points West. All thumbs down. I can't rate the food because we were never even offered water. Service a minus.

This taste like it’s water downed my mama said her burger was nasty my drink had sum in it it was sum black 0/10 never coming back my dad chicken tenders looked like chicken fries like needa do better
I ordered a glass of wine, and then ordered another. I only got about a 1/3 of wine, and was waiting for the bartender to fill my glass up, but it never happened. I still got charged for glasses of wine. I asked to change one of the TVs on the football game, and the manager said they lost the remote. 3 customers was looking at they're phone at the game. Poorly managed place!!!!!!

We went in to have drinks and eat at the bar. We were easily seated but there were school age children dining at the bar. Which made the environment a little uncomfortable. After the children finally leave, I played a song no cursing and a few of the patrons staring singing and the manager asked the bartender to tell us we were too loud. As a fellow employee of Apple Bee’s I know that children are NOT allowed at the bar. The customer should be able to enjoy the bar as long as they are respectful of the environment and staff. This particular store makes their own rules and none are in align with the company and what they offer.

We arrived at 753 pm. Waited and watched another server stuffing her face with food in front of us as we wait and wait and wait . No one has even offered us a glass of water . We had to actually ask where I server was. Once she did arrive 808 pm her hands on her hips how can I help you we decided at that point we did not want to dine in on my husband's birthday. Her unproptness to be a good host was spoiled at that moment. I mean literally I watched a server blk female wearing glasses with long hair , stand by a cubical in front us with her back turned stuffing food in her mouth 👄. We hungry too
