I ordered on DoorDash a Caesar salad extra dressing and the chicken broccoli alfredo with extra alfredo…. The salad came with blue cheese dressing and the chicken broccoli alfredo was dry and tasted like it was dumped in dirty dish water it was very disgusting 🤮

Omg...... The service was a mess! It took entirely too long to get a server, once we got a server it took entirely too long to receive our drinks. The appetizers were cold and so was the food. The food taste like it had sat for ever... I was very disappointed because I've never experienced such poor service at this Applebee's!

We will eat at this Applebees every time we come up for a track meet at the CrossPlex. We had a party of 11 and arrived at 7:20 pm. The hostess had us wait 15 minutes and we agreed to split up to 3 four person tables. We were blessed with Kevon as our server who patiently got the drink orders then the meal orders and never wrote down any notes. 15 minutes later all 11 meals arrived and he had everything exactly right. From the manager to the hostess this place is fantastic. The manager stopped by to chat as they were down a server and he wanted to let us know that was the delay. Now that’s a class act. Best Applebees I have I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place.

The vibes the vibes the vibes! live in georgia.I was there for a track meet and wanting somewhere close to my hotel to eat, and there was applebee's nearby.I kind of knew what I wanted.So I ordered it over the telephone and did an order pickup. When I went over to pick my food up, it looked like a normal apple beans. When I walked in man, the atmosphere was beautiful. The game was going on. People was actually having conversations. The vibe felt so warm and welcome and the food was great. I was overexcited, waiting for my food. The owner came out and introduced himself. It was very pleasant to just come in for an order pickup. And the owner speaks to you, and I told him, I really enjoy this atmosphere. He replied to me. It's like this all the time when I tell you how we're so pleased and I walked out on my chin up high knowing that this food is there. About to be the bomb, and it was.I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area or visiting. Thank you for the hospitality and a great service.
