The woman at the counter was friendly and did a good job but I Paid for a double beef and cheddar sandwich, got a classic Arby's sandwich with hardly any meat, I came here to have a satisfying meal, ended up being a unsatisfying disappointment.

I love Arby's but can't stand when they don't have condiments dispensers and have single packs instead ! The food was great service was good and I understand they are short staffed but the tables were not wiped off.

I order on line that morning for a pickup at 1230 I arrive at 1235 pm my fries was ice cold I ask the manager on duty could I get some hot fries she told me no just like that when u order on line that’s a chance u take upon looking at ticket it say it was prepared at 1224 pm i got there at 1235 there no way for them fries be ice cold

Service was great. The workers were super friendly. I was at UAB with my husband having a life threatening surgery and they made my day with their kindness and smiles .
Drive through service needs a lot of work on customer service. Tia took my order. She didn't let me finish my order before telling me to drive around. She didn't listen and gave me a regular drink instead of large. Small fry instead of large. She fixed it, with attitude. When I told her what I ordered to make sure my order was correct, she cut me off. I asked about sauces she cut me off before I could finish my sentence and snapped that everything was in the bag. VERY rude and brash. Fire her and get someone with less attitude and better customer service.
