I ordered the 4 for $10 classic roast beef sandwiches through the drive thru. When I got home which was about 5 minutes away. I opened them up for everyone and they looked really old. The buns were not toasted and we ended up throwing all of them away. I always order this no matter what location and it's always been great but not this time. It was around 3 pm. I tried calling to see if I could bring them back the next day but their phone wasn't working so I just threw them away

Went by got something to eat my husband and I I had the brisket combo the sandwich was horrible I been throwing up and on the toilet ever since 2:00 this morning I've tried calling the store to speak with the manager the phones are not working there's a lot of static I won't be eating from them ever again

The worst Arby’s location in Birmingham, Al All the workers are ghetto and do not know how to speak to customers, if u order crinkle cut fries they automatically give you curly because they don’t want to cook more. If u call they hang up on u if u ask a question.
