The worst Arby’s location in Birmingham, Al All the workers are ghetto and do not know how to speak to customers, if u order crinkle cut fries they automatically give you curly because they don’t want to cook more. If u call they hang up on u if u ask a question.

Very slow, waited 20 minutes on my order and I was the only one in the store

the drive thru was horribly slow 2 other cars in front of me took 15 min won’t be going back, not sure it’s a staff shortage issue or just incompetence..
well thought I’d try again .. but still sux ordered Potato cakes and a Dp 3 rd in line too 20 min ‘tis s absolute crao wont be back
