We came in because of the commercial about the amazing Philly cheesesteak... the one we got barely had any meat on it. I ordered chicken tenders curly fries and cheese sauce. My tenders were old, and our fries were burnt. I won't be back.

This Arby’s could use some work. They seem understaffed, employees morale is low, customer service could be better and the quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant could be better. Maybe it was just a bad day and they were not on their game but I have seen other locations do a lot better.

The customer service was awful , long wait times , no apologies , nothing given with any concerns and didn’t make me feel like they cared for our meals ,they forget to give you half the things you paid for. One of the worst experiences I have had . This location did nothing for me and would not recommend to anyone , better off going to any other place

Had an awesome experience tonight. Ordered the chicken nugget meal and had a short wait while they cooked them. Not only were the nuggets fresh and hot but so were my curly fries. Megan took my order and she was very polite, professional and made me feel appreciated. I received the type of service that will keep me coming back.
Great experiences every time I go. Would rather wait for fresh food here than go somewhere else. Staff is always so pleasant!
