Our receptionist went to pick up louch for our office and was treat so rudely. She said the woman from the back came yelling about all the orders. We spend 100 plus daily for lunch and that was what was spent at this location, but she was made to feel bad about it. I called to explain this and that we don’t treat her badly and that she should not have bees treated badly there, but all the manger could tell me was that she was talking to the employee - take two move two - take two move two and hung up on me. That is not all that woman said when our receptionist was there, she she was rude to her employee, to her customer, and to me. and because I can never remember her name this happened on 4/3 about 12:00.

Not sure how this place has 3.9 stars. You actually pay a marketing team? Funny. Maybe pay your employees so they don't hate themselves and everyone else.This place is more ghetto than the center point location would've been if it hadn't been shut down 10 years ago. Rude as f. Cut me off 4 times before I could finish my order. Sat behind some poor soul for forever waiting, and they were not busy. And then had the nerve to get my food wrong.I asked for no ranch. They made it wrong and then she told them to take the ranch off, and it was simply wiped off. Incredibly lazy and rude.Horrible. And yes, I typed the majority at the drive thru window.

Sorry, im usually an Arbys fan, but my wife got sick ???? after lunch. We went through the drive-through, and of course, they left out my fried Mac and cheese. The staff looked like they needed adult supervision. This Arby's looked like it was going down fast.

Most of the time the food is pretty good except for when you order a turnover and it's heated and thrown to the very bottom of the bag and everything else has been piled on top of it and it's smashed so thin your not sure what you have,no napkins or maybe 2 if you're
I would give less than a 1 if it would let me. Went through drive thru the bill was $12.86 gave the person $22.86. Tell me why she hands me .14 cents and then when i told her she owed me $10 dollars she snapped on me said i didn’t give her no $20 dollars and to get out her window and go park while she counts her drawer down because she’s the general manager and she just knows she’s right and i’m wrong. Like are you freaking kidding me???Well guess what I was right! I don’t appreciate working all day and then getting screamed at by a manager over my money i worked for. While the window was closed she was telling the other employees that i was making a scene over “just $10 dollars!!!” Yes ma’am I was because this day and age i need every penny I worked for period. Don’t Go Here!!! extremely rude!!

I have always loved Arby's but my last 2 visit have been awful. The service was lousy and the food was not put together properly. On my last visit if I hadn't noticed them doing my order wrong I would of had to return to the store.

My crinkle fries were the most dried out room temp waste of money ! They tasted older than two days as if they had been sitting out somewhere.Pieces of over done fries were thrown in there, as well ! Looked liked broken off pieces of old, curly fries. Pitiful serving this food to a paying customer.
